While Aruba isn’t lush, it’s safe, compact, and blessed with gorgeous white sand beaches, including Eagle Beach and Palm Beach.

Riu Palace Aruba is a classy hotel with 24-hour room service. Its location on Eagle-Palm Beach is excellent for long strolls hand-in-hand, and you two can cool off at the resort’s super-special ice cream parlor.

Spice Island Beach Resort, Grenada

Spice Island Beach Resort is located on unspoiled Grand Anse Beach in Grenada, and you can arrange airport transfers with the resort at an additional cost.

This tranquil, locally-owned hotel offers a restaurant for breakfasts and dinners and another open-air space for light lunches. Non-motorized watersports are included at this all-ages boutique resort.

Cost: rates start from $808 per night with limited availability throughout 2023 and 2024.

Best All-Inclusive Honeymoon Resorts Closest to the Airport

We’re starting this section with a friendly and exceptionally pretty resort on one of the sweetest pink sand beaches in Grenada!

Because it’s so close to the airport and is one of the best all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, we gave it a place of honor here.

Sandals Grenada

Located on gorgeous Pink Gin Beach in St. Georges, Sandals Grenada is five minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport (transportation included).

Scoring high on our list of the Best Sandals Resorts for Scuba, Grenada’s climate is also ideal for growing fragrant flowers and spices that are a wonder for your senses.

The honeymoon suites here are extraordinary, and foodies rave about the super-special gourmet meals in the ten restaurants!

Hotel Riu Montego Bay (Jamaica)

The adults-only Riu Hotel in Montego Bay is a seven-minute cab ride from Sangster International Airport. There are over 800 rooms, five pools, and a private area for guests on the beach at Mahoe Bay.

Splash World Water Park is a super-special feature at this resort.

There isn’t a dedicated website link for this all-inclusive Riu property, although we did locate a basic PDF file with a rundown of the resort.

Cost: all-inclusive rates start from $146 per person per night. Current time-limited specials include a free airport shuttle.

Sandals Montego Bay (Jamaica)

This flagship resort in the Sandals luxury-included brand is only five minutes from Sangster International Airport, and round-trip transfers are always complimentary.

A couples-only resort, Sandals Montego Bay is located on an exclusive white-sand beach close to the action in town. The resort has been extensively renovated with super-special deluxe suites, seven pools, three whirlpools, and 12 delicious restaurants.

Sandals Royal Bahamian (Nassau, Bahamas)

Cable Beach in Nassau, where Sandals Royal Bahamian is located, is world-famous. Still, the big draw for us is the included transfer from Lynden Pindling International Airport, which generally takes less than fifteen minutes, and the nearby duty-free shopping.

The dining choices here run from gourmet meals to funky food trucks—and the super-special feature is the resort’s private island with a swim-up bar and romantic stretch of beach.

We considered the best honeymoon suites at all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, South Pacific, and South Asia, surrounded by gorgeous ocean waters.

Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa (South Asia)

The Republic of Maldives is located in the Indian Ocean. Emerald Maldives rests on its own island, and you take a seaplane or a short domestic flight to reach the resort.

It’s important to research airfare costs to these exotic destinations because there’s no inexpensive way of getting here.

Emerald Maldives is breathtaking for a bucket-list honeymoon adventure, and the super-special honeymoon suites here include the Royal Beach Villa and Presidential Water Villa with Pool.

Located on Mana Island within the Republic of the Fiji Islands, Tadrai Island Resort is nestled on Selena Cove, and the legendary beauty of Denarau Beach and North Beach are yours to discover.

This is the definition of seclusion, with the main island of Viti Levu being 15 miles away by water, and you’ll take a ferry, catamaran, or helicopter to get here.

Tadrai is a very intimate resort with just five villas, and their super-special Fijian-style honeymoon accommodations are beachfront with ultra-modern interiors.

Sandals Royal Caribbean, Montego Bay, Jamaica

This luxury-included resort will astound you! From the manicured gardens and roaming peacocks to the authentic pub that makes it seem like you’re honeymooning in the British Isles.

The newest resort in the Sandals family has been reimagined in the gorgeous setting of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Named for the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls, this Sandals offers a lush green backdrop of hills and an intimate beach facing endless, electric blue seas.

Booking guests as of May 2023, honeymoon suites at Sandals Dunn’s River aren’t just super-special… they’re next level.

Our newest favorite honeymoon suite is the Coyoba swim-up suite. These honeymoon suites feature a private plunge pool and swim-up access to the resort’s lazy river pool and also your own rooftop hideaway… simply awesome for lovebirds, check out those links and start dreaming!

Two of our favorites that didn’t make this list are Sandals Negril and Sandals Grande St. Lucian. We recommend them both highly!

We considered the best (cheapest but not lacking) all-inclusive honeymoon resorts in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Mexico because current airfares are more reasonable to these destinations.

Here are stunning and affordable choices for your honeymoon!

Sandals Emerald Bay, Great Exuma, The Bahamas

If you want a stunning beach at a great cost, an easy flight from the East Coast, and a quick ride from Georgetown International Airport on the safe and friendly island of Great Exuma, check out Sandals Emerald Bay. 

We reviewed Sandals Emerald Bay for Your Golf Honeymoon, but you’ll have a great time together here whether you want to hit the green or book a jet boat tour to frolic with the famous swimming pigs!

Azul the Fives Beach Resort, Riviera Maya (Mexico)

This is an all-ages resort by the Karisma hotel brand, and it’s huge, although the location is outside the crowded touristy part of Playa Del Carmen.

The food is good, there are plenty of fun amenities, and the private rooftop penthouses or swim-up suites here are worth a look for honeymooners seeking romance at an affordable price.

Cost: best rates and web discounts are applied when you book online, rates start at $338 per night for a penthouse room or $399 for a swim-up room with promotional discounts applied.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Punta Cana (Dominican Republic)

Puna Cana is a budget-minded dream for beach lovers, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana is their first all-inclusive offering. 

The accommodations and amenities are good and modern, with relatively quick airport access. If you saved some money to gamble, you’ll enjoy the Vegas-style casino and some rock-star treatment during your honeymoon here.

Costs: rates are guaranteed lowest on their website and start at a discounted $526 per night (regular price $1,051). Check their website for additional promotions or savings.

Sandals Regency La Toc, Saint Lucia

Gorgeous Saint Lucia has become a favorite honeymoon destination, and Sandals Regency La Toc is among the most affordable all-inclusive Caribbean resorts in an epic setting.

The coolest thing about Sandals in Saint Lucia is there are three Sandals located on the island. You two will get free transfers to enjoy the food, drinks, and amenities at all Sandals in Saint Lucia. This is like a three-in-one honeymoon.

Best Honeymoon Resorts in Europe

All-inclusive resorts aren’t as recognizable in Europe as across the Caribbean and Mexico.

We researched and chose two super-special resorts that seem lovely for a unique honeymoon with a European flair.

Here’s what we discovered!

Iberostar Grand Salome, Tenerife, Canary Islands

The Iberostar hotel brand originates in Spain, and their Grand Salome property is located on the largest of the Spanish-owned Canary Islands.

This chic resort is adults-only, and the food and drinks in the included restaurants and bars reflect Spanish influences, including gourmet breakfasts on the El Mirador terrace overlooking the sparkling sea.

Cost: rates start at $501 per night, check the Iberostar website for special offers.

Alpinresort Sport & Spa

A tropical beach honeymoon is dreamy, but when you are downhill skiers looking for an all-inclusive on the slopes… it can be an uphill battle to find the best honeymoon resort.

Alpinresort Sport & Spa is a premium all-inclusive ski resort in Austria. It’s open all year, with a pool and spa, and guests rave about the quality of meals and especially the choice of wines at dinner.

Cost: rates start off-season at $579, including taxes and fees. Discounts or deals maybe be available by searching the resort’s website or comparing booking engines.

Best Honeymoon Resorts in the US

We really wanted to find a unique all-inclusive in the US and we believe we found it!

This super-special resort brand includes three locations in Texas, Arizona, and Massachusetts. You may not have access to unlimited liquor at this honeymoon resort, but it looks amazing if you’re focused on healthy living.

Miravel Resorts & Spas—3 locations in Texas, Arizona, and Massachusetts

You two will be immersed in relaxation and wellness at the Miravel Resorts. In addition to enjoying delicious healthy eating, you can learn to cook your favorite meals here and partake in cardio classes and yoga.

You might not miss the all-day drinks with the nightly credits you’ll earn at Miravel Resorts & Spas. This is considered part of their all-inclusive program, and you can use your credits towards facials, Reiki, and massage treatments.
