2. If restaurant reservations are needed, book early at the resort to avoid disappointment. Some restaurants may be closed on certain days, but unlike a cruise ship, you aren’t restricted to set times to enjoy your sit-down meals at Sandals Ochi.
3. You are on island time, and service may be more relaxed than you’re accustomed to at home. We do suggest an early dinner reservation for Kimonos.
4. Most of the sit-down restaurants have a signature dish for a reason! If your server suggests a tasty-sounding dish, feel free to order it in addition to the selection you choose off the menu.
5. Make sure to ask for the VIP drink menu at the Rabbit Hole, and make sure to enjoy VIP service at the Polo Lounge. One of the signature drinks is a Bob Marley cocktail, and Strawberry Jamaican Lemonade is a fantastic alcohol-free beverage!
