Sandals South Coast Resort Overview

What Are the Rooms Like at Sandals South Coast?

When you book a stay at a Sandals resort, you can choose between 3 room categories: Butler Elite, Club Level and Sandals Luxury. Each room category comes with different levels of service, amenities, views, room features and inclusions.

Butler Elite Level

For the most luxurious experience at Sandals South Coast, we recommend choosing Butler Elite.

All of these room types come with the services of a private butler trained by the Guild of Professional English Butlers. Upon arrival at the resort, you will receive a personal cell phone where you can reach your butler 24/7.

Here a few examples of services your butler can provide:

  • Greet you when you arrive and provide refreshments
  • Draw a romantic bubble bath in your suite
  • Reserve the best table at the resort’s most popular restaurants and escort you to dinner
  • Serve you dinner on your balcony or sparkling wine on the beach
  • Reserve the best daybeds on the beach or at the pool and bring you a cooler with your favorite beverages
  • Serve you breakfast in bed
  • Book tours, spa appointments and other activities
  • Communicate your needs to housekeeping and other staff members
  • Provide private check-in in your room and help you unpack

Before you arrive at the resort, fill out the butler questionnaire on the Sandals website. This lets your butler know what you need and what you enjoy.

Here are a few examples of questions: “do you have any allergies?” “what are your in-room bar preferences?” “what type of snacks do you prefer: healthy, cheese, fruits or sweet?” and “how do you prefer breakfast served”.

Other amenities Butler level guests can enjoy include 24/7 room service, which is only available in this room category. Guests also receive a complimentary in-room bar stocked with premium liquor, wine, local beer, juice and soft drinks.
