The Manor itself is the oldest house in Virginia that allows you and your guests to stay and celebrate with very few restrictions (including sparkler exits, and open flames in the custom-built Ballroom). With a variety of event spaces available for use, Rixey Manor has an indoor maximum capacity for up to 120 guests. For up to 250 guests, and outdoor ceremonies and celebrations, you’ll want to utilize the venue’s lake view ceremony site and patio celebration area in the shadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The serene water will play as an elegant backdrop as you say “I do” among those you love most. Not to mention, you’ll enjoy complete access to the venue’s 1,800-square-foot rooftop terrace, which sits just above the venue’s ballroom space, and the rest of the Manor with multiple reception rooms so everyone can find a space to make the wedding unique.
