The current turnaround time for customization is 24h

For instant download, an access to your files will be granted to you by Etsy immediatly after receipt of the paiement. With the link provided by Etsy you will be able to download pdf files or zip folder that contains your purchase. (This folder have to be unzipped to recover the files.)

Invitations are only sent by Etsy convo
Just heavy custom files are sent by www.wetransfer.com to your email adress. You will receive a download link in your email box and have 7 days to recover files. If you do not receive your order 24h after my message about wetransfer.com download link sent, please check your spam/trash folders.
