My items are made by and purchased from different manufactures. They may sometimes be shipped directly from my supplier once the order it placed. I try to put together cute items you can use to create or you special craft or event.

Please make sure to read the sizes of the items in the listing. If you are not sure you can always send me message.

If you have a return please notify my shop with in 3 days of receiving the item. You will have 14 days to return item. The Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Item not allowed for return due to nature of items are straws and cleaners, jewelry and all items food and cooking items.

The notes to seller print out with your order. We receive tons of messages every day so it is possible that your message could be over looked but the notes to seller would be with your order.

You will receive an email from Etsy when the item(s) have shipped.

We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Once we leave the package at the post office we have no control over delivery. If your tracking information states that an item has been delivered but you have not received it please contact your local post office.

All orders will ship to the shipping address you've set up with your Etsy account unless you specify otherwise at checkout, so please make sure you have the correct address listed, and that it is spelled correctly. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses because of spelling errors or an incorrect address listed on your Etsy account. If you have placed an order with incorrect shipping information, please message us as soon as possible so that we may correct the address before shipment.

Please list all the information requested in the notes to seller.
The average turnaround time on items is assumed once the completed information for an order is received. If the information is missing, we will attempt to contact you through Etsy. Once the missing information is received, the turnaround time starts over.
