I ship everything with Bulgarian Post Services to your Etsy address. I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order. If your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are different, I will use the Etsy shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure all the addresses are correct.

Your order is SHIPPED FROM EUROPE, estimated package transit time:

Europe to USA 15-35 days
Europe to Canada,Singapore 12-35 days
Europe to Europe 7-20 days
Europe to Australia and NZ 20-30 days

Rush shipping -I try to accommodate rush orders.I don't charge over for producing your items.I'll send your package with DHL and prices depend on the weight. Please contact me for the price.

During the busy winter season November - January delivery will take longer so please allow another two or tree weeks extra for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Your country may charge a customs fee, these fees must be paid by you. All packages leaving Bulgaria will be shipped first class mail. It generally takes 12-35 days to receive your package and could take as many as 6 weeks in some case, Please be patient, I can't control any of that and therefore can't take responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any delays or lost packages by shipping.

A tracking number is provided for international orders.
*Only for Australian customers:
Sometimes Australian post service don't provide information for small packages and you can see only when your package left Bulgaria.

<PRODUCTION>

All my products can be customized so if you have an idea you'd like to realize, I will do my best to work with you and accommodate such requests.

The production time takes 3-9 business days. I will send you a digital proof via email within 1-3 business days (after purchase) and once you approve with the text and the layout, I will start working. I will not start until I have confirmation from you that everything is correct. Additional proofs and extra design are $7 each ( change or modify the font, text, colors, etc ) . Please check your email. If I don't receive a reply within 7 days, I reserve the right to start production or to cancel the order.All of my products are made to order and for this reason I do not accept returns.
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before your order is placed for production.There is a non refundable $7 design fee. Each product is made to order and the customization process is time consuming!

I am not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, please triple check all spelling, grammar, capitalization.

A final proof will be emailed to you right before your order goes to print. This proof, once approved by you, will be your printed invite. I’m not responsible for any misspellings or incorrect wording at this point.
