▶ In the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout please write the information for your Card, text customization is included in the price, but any kind of changes to graphics, fonts, design layout and backgrounds are NOT and may be available with additional fee charging

▶ In case you need a different format/size, please let us know in advance and we will gladly assist. Requests for additional customization after the files are provided will require additional fee charging

TURNAROUND TIME:

▶ ▶ Proofs will be sent through Etsy conversation in no longer than 2 Business days after your purchase, included information and after the payment is cleared. Turnaround time for the revision is up to 24 Business hours.

▶▶ Thoroughly review your proofs and submit any revisions you would like us to make for you or approve the proof. Two rounds of proofs revision are included in the price.

▶▶ We recommend triple checking your proof(s) before approval. Pinky Promise Land is not responsible for errors not caught by the customer, regardless of fault. No refunds will be given.

▶▶ The download link for your high-resolution files will be sent via email address attached to your Etsy account within 24 hours of the approval. You can use this file to print from home or have it printed professionally.

The final JPEG/PDF files are not editable. You cannot add text before printing nor you're allowed to make any changes. All images are 300 dpi high resolution.

Due to color variations in computer/phone screens, there may be slight differences in the colors that you see on your screens and the colors on the final print. Unfortunately, we have no influence on that.

Faux GOLD/ROSE GOLD/SILVER foil will not print as real gold or metallic foil. All of the files are made so you can print them on any color printer without having to use a special printing equipment. Faux Gold Foil is only effect made with a computer program for the design. Printing on Glossy or Shinny papers is highly recommended for the best outcome.

Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES due to digital/custom nature of the product.
CANCELLATION request might be accepted for customizable files and ONLY within 1 hour from the moment the order is placed.
