These details MUST be provided even if you are buying a digital listing. Digital files are not instant downloads and they are not customizable by the buyer. PURCHASING PRINTED INVITATIONS
If printed copies are desired, the buyer may select from 2 different paper options:
*WHITE CARD STOCK: This is a standard, 120 lb, matte, white card stock
*WHITE LUXE COTTON: An upgrade to the standard paper; this stock is made from cotton which gives it a soft, textured luxe feel.
Then select the quantity of invitations/envelopes you would like printed from the drop-down menu for "Number of Printed Invitations/Envelopes." If quantities greater than 200 sets are needed, simply convo me for a quote and I can create a separate listing for your order. Digital files are not included if printed copies are ordered.
Invitations are 5x7 inches in size. Blank white paper envelopes are included (see section below for adding envelope printing options).

Please order all envelopes in the same quantity as your invitations. If guest addresses are being printed and you are ordering extras - the envelopes without a guest address will be sent printed with the return address only.

The spreadsheet should be formatted with the following setup:
Column 1: Name of the guest(s)
Column 2: Address of the guest, including apartment number if applicable
Column 3: City, State and Zip (all in one column)
Please ensure the file is complete (with no unintended blank spaces) and free from errors in the addresses. The shop is not responsible for errors in the addresses and refunds are not available for incorrect printing as proofs are always sent for the buyer to check prior to printing.
Coordinating fonts are used (where applicable) for envelope printing. Black ink only for envelope printing. Terms and conditions for envelope printing are in the listing details for each item.

PURCHASING A DIGITAL LISTING
Buyers may purchase a digital listing, if they prefer. No printed invitations or envelopes will be shipped if this option is selected. The buyer will not be able to download a file immediately after purchase and they are not able to make any customizations themselves. The shop owner will make all customizations for the buyer and once the proof is approved, PDF and JPEG files will be sent to the buyer to complete the order. Text and illustrations will not be customizable by the buyer after they are finalized.
Digital files are provided to the customer in single file format without bleeds, crop lines, or multiple images per page. If you need additional accommodations with the file, this information must be provided at the time of ordering and no later than the time of proof approval. Files will not be reformatted into different configurations, bleeds, or setups after the file has been approved by the buyer. As customers own different types of computers, software and printers, the shop is not able to provide technical support on how to print the files they have purchased.
Files will be sized to the following dimensions:
Invitations: 5x7 inches
Insert Cards (Only if shown in the first listing picture): 3.5x5 inches
The files should be printed at 100% scale, or "original size" without stretching or scaling, if you would like the product to print in the above dimensions.
Files are formatted for stationery ink-jet or laser printing services (which covers most home and professional stationery printing). Photo printing utilizes a completely different method of printing and needs different file requirements. If you intend to purchase these for photo printing, please let me know with your order so that I can format the files appropriately upon finalization. Failure to notify me of photo printing until after your order is completed, may result in additional fees to reformat the file.
This Shop is not responsible for the quality of the printing or printer of the finished product when a digital listing is purchased. This Shop is not responsible for changes or variations in color between the digital listing and the finished product as the shop cannot ensure the quality of the equipment or whether it has been maintained appropriately. Refunds or cancellations will not be given for purchase of digital listings.

TIMELINE FOR CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
Work begins when payment is confirmed in full and customized wording is provided. Customers will be contacted by Etsy conversation if additional details are needed. Failure to provide complete details for customization may delay proof preparation and overall shipment/completion of order. Proofs will be sent electronically to the buyer within 48 business hours of the time of purchase (to the exact hour, not the overall day). The proofing time will vary per customer based on the number of rounds of proofs required and the promptness of the customer to respond to the proofs.
Please note that because these invitations are professionally printed, rush printing is not available (printing may take 2-3 business days). Rush shipping via FedEx is available for upgrade at checkout.
Processing and delivery dates shown by Etsy in the listing and at checkout are estimates only. It is the customer's responsibility to be present, engaged, and active in the process to prevent delays; this includes management of their emails and Etsy messages through their Etsy account. This shop is not responsible for deliveries that do not meet Etsy estimates when delays are due to factors outside of this shop's control such as buyer proof review time and shipping carrier transit time.

SHIPPING OF FINISHED PRODUCT
Shipping is by US Postal Service Mail (First Class or Priority) with tracking provided to the customer upon shipment of the order. Shipping time is estimated to be 2-6 days for most addresses but could take longer depending on the US Postal Service. US Mail shipping times are not guaranteed and it is the customer's responsibility to track their product. Shipping should be upgraded to one of the FedEx options available at checkout if delivery times are critical. Please note that while FedEx and UPS are generally more reliable, they are subject to delays due to national emergency, illness, and weather. Refunds for late deliveries are only provided if the shipping carrier agrees to the refund. Please note that during times of emergency or weather events, FedEx and UPS may suspend their service delivery guarantees. More information can be found on the carrier's websites.
Upgrades and changes to shipping (if not purchased at checkout) must be requested and paid for prior to proof approval as shipping method cannot be changed once printing has begun.
