Nothing is more meaningful than a personalized gift that comes from the heart. Made from high quality anodized aluminum, this engraved wallet insert card is sure to bring sunshine and smiles to that special someone for years to come.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Anodized aluminum metal card
Measurements: Approximately 3 1/2" x 2"

THE ENGRAVING PROCESS:
Your wallet card is laser engraved so the marking is permanent. It will never fade or wear off. Please note that the quality of the engraved image is directly related to the quality of the provided photo. Because the item is engraved, not printed, the final image will be in grayscale even if the photo provided is in color. Your photo may be cropped or resized slightly to fit the dimensions of the card, but will never be abnormally skewed. If there are any complications with your photo, we will contact you before engraving the item.

If you select the "engraved handwriting" option:

1. Write your message on unlined, white paper that is approximately 3.5" x 2" in size.

2. Use a pen with dark ink.

3. Scan or take a photo of the writing. Be sure that the image is both sharp and bright.

4. Submit the image of your handwriting by sending it to us via Etsy message.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees. The buyer is responsible for the payment of these fees. Import charges can vary; unfortunately, we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Since customs fees are an import tax paid by the buyer to their country, Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees.

SHIPPING:
Our domestic shipping options include standard mail, priority (1-3 day), and express (1-2) day. We also offer international standard shipping. These options can be found on the last page of checkout before submitting the order. Please be aware that shipping time is in addition to processing time. We do try to process expedited orders faster, but cannot always guarantee it.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Addresses cannot be changed once the item has been marked as shipped. When your item ships, you should receive a notification from Etsy with a tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your purchase. You can also view this information in your account's order history.

RETURNS:
Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded. If the error is due to misinformation from the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible. A new item must be purchased if desired. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
