Corjl and Templett are online editing platforms where our editable templates are located. Whenever you purchase one of our templates, Corjl/Templett will send you an access link to your email after your payment has been cleared by Etsy. Using the access link, you will be able to create your Corjl/Templett account, edit, and download your templates.

After you download your files, you can then send your files electronically to your guests or get your files printed using an online, or local print shop, or right at home.

After your purchase, Corjl/Templett will send you an email (will be sent to your Etsy-registered email) containing a link to your templates. By clicking on the link, it will bring you a confirmation page where you will be able to set a password for your Corjl/Templett account. Once a password has been set, you will be redirected to the page with all your templates.

If you are having issues accessing your access link then please either let us know via Etsy message or refer to our "Access Link Solutions Guide" from your order.

If you are already an existing Corjl/Templett user and have purchased additional templates, then you do not have to create a new account. The additional templates purchased will automatically be added into your account and will be ready for you to access once you log back into your Corjl/Templett account.

This problem usually occurs when an order was paid via Paypal.

We have discovered that when orders are paid via Paypal there is a longer processing period as Paypal payments are further processed by Etsy's third party to ensure orders are legitimate and to provide protection against fraud.

If your order was paid via Paypal E-check, then it may take up to 3 days for the payment to process.

This delay in payment processing may lead to a delay in your access link being sent to your email. Please either message us for your access link or check our "Access Link Solutions Guide" in your downloads to access your account on Templett.

The type of paper used really depends on what style you are going for.

For majority of our designs, we recommend thick cardstock paper of at least 100lb or higher. It is the most ideal and inexpensive paper for wedding and other special events. For an affordable option, we like using the 110lb cardstock from the Staples brand. For a more luxe feel, we recommend using linen paper of at least 100lb.

Another type of paper you can use is deckled paper. This type of paper is made from cotton rag and has deckled detailing along the edges. It is perfect for all types of weddings but specifically, we find it extremely beautiful for rustic, bohemian, and vintage styled weddings. You may find this type of paper on Amazon and even on Etsy.

Yes, we do!

Majority of digital shops rarely provide returns due to the nature of the product but we understand that sometimes you may have brought the wrong item or you no longer need it.

To qualify for a return, no downloads from any of the templates purchased must be made and the request for a return must be made within 5 days from the purchase date via Etsy messages.

Templates that DO NOT qualify for a return:
- templates that have been downloaded regardless if any edits or changes were made
- purchased templates that have passed the return date of 5 days.

Yes, you can absolutely request a free resizing of any template (1 resize per template) as long as it avoids abuse of our system.

An example of abuse of our system includes: Using an invitation template, downloading it, then requesting a free resizing of the invitation template to create a welcome sign, then repeating the process again to create a place card template.
