We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition!
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 1-3 days of delivery and provide me with photos of the damage. Once verified, I will send you a new shipment. Submissions after 1-3 business days are required to repurchase the item. Please contact me as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged. After that, the standard warranty of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the goods applies, then the shop isnt responsible for the use of goods purchased from us.
