While the ring is beautiful. The diamonds on it are loose. I reached out to see if this could be resolved and haven’t not received a reply for over a week now. Shipping was horrible. They forgot to ship the ring and had to message them multiple times about it. I would not do business with them again. It’s not worth me having to send back to fix the loose diamonds and have to wait however long to hopefully get it back in time. So I will have to pay a professional company to fix the ring now.
