You must send a written return inquiry 14 calendar days from the day you receive the ordered Product. The Product must be returned and received by us in its original state within the next 30 calendar days. It must be unworn and in the perfect condition. When returning the product, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the Product with a deduction of a percentage of the cost of the dress. Any other services such as fee for an accelerated manufacturing shall be deducted additionally from the sum eligible for a refund. We are aware of the issue that some shops use pictures of our wedding dresses to sell their dresses, that is why we have watermarks on our pictures. Some manage to blur it, however, often a residue can still be seen when zooming in. Some online shops tend to upload pictures of someone else's work, selling them for cheaper, using different poor quality materials. Understandably, the end result can never be as presented in the pictures. We are the only official online retailer of the dresses and brands we offer. Unfortunately, while we report retailers who steal our pictures straight away, new shops keep appearing.
