If you don't know how to take your measurements please contact me and I will be happy to help and fit the size for you.
Your wedding dress will be made according to the measurements you send me, but even so, there might be slight adjustments needed. Should this be the case, please know that the dresses are all sewn in a way which makes minor repairs easy.

PROCESSING TIME
Please not the processing time is 5-6 weeks, since the dresses are always sewn personally.

CHANGES
If you have a preference for a certain color, or want to make any change in the type of lace, please don't hesitate to consult with me, and ask me anything; I will always answer you in an honest and professional manner.

DELIVERY
As soon as the dress is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
We send only: Express DHL, delivery time: 4-6 days.

RETURNS
I gladly accept returns or cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
