- Symbols from the webdings, wingdings font (custom symbol can be requested up front, extra charge applies)
- 30 characters per line max (the longer the message the smaller the words)
- 3 lines max (placement is centered or however it fits best unless otherwise requested up front)

SHIPPING:
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please be sure to update your etsy account and use the correct shipping address at checkout.
- We ship first class with tracking unless you upgrade to a faster method.
- We have no control over the transit time, custom clearance, VAT fee, etc.
- The process time is listed 2-5 days (this is how long it takes for us to process the order, engrave, and ship out)
- The estimated delivery as shown on Etsy is ESTIMATED. In real life situations, there might be delays that are neither control by Etsy, the seller, or you. We can not guarantee delivery for any item, but we would work with you and the post office in case such problem happens.

NO RETURN:
- Due to the nature of personalized gift, engraved items can not be undone. We will not be accepting any return/refund.
