Please avoid contact with water and lotions. Sterling Silver pieces oxidize with contact to air, so it’s important to seal it when not wearing it.

To keep your shipping costs low, all packages are shipped via Regular Mailing (NO TRACKING # and NO GUARANTEED arrival date). 🔔 We also offer shipping upgrade to Canada Post's tracked Parcel (4-7 days) AND XpressPost (2-3 days) that you can select at checkout.

If you need your item to arrive by a specific time, please message us and we can create a custom shipping option to fit your needs.

Shipping fees are non-refunable for ANY reason as Canada Post does not provide refunds for shipping costs and it is out of our control.

Our experience with Canada Post has been very positive and reliable. They do not provide guaranteed arrival times with Regular Mailing; however packages within North America tend to arrive within 4-15 BUSINESS DAYS depending on the distance. International orders have take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending your country's postal service.

All our earrings is lead and nickel free. Some ear allergies vary but all our earrings back needles are made with high quality 92.5 STERLING SILVER and plated with your choice of finish (Rhodium, 14k Gold, or Rose Gold).

ARE YOUR EARRINGS SOLD IN PAIRS?
All our earrings are sold in PAIRS as shown in the item's description & photos.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care. If you do receive a defected item, shoot us an email at jmaccessoriesstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo and we will do our best to resolve the situation on a case by case basis. However, we don't refund the broken item due to personal careless wearing problems.
