The original product I had found was out of stock, and within minutes of contacting the seller with a recommendation/solution on what to do, she responded practically immediately letting me know she has a similar poker set that was set to arrive a week after! A week later, the seller contacted me again with photos of the new set as well as an examples of someone else’s personalization. I am so indecisive and wasn’t sure what to choose, and the seller was more than happy and patient with me sending proofs/examples of what to expect. I received the product and it is just as amazing as the customer service! Amazing. Great Christmas gift for my boyfriend!
