I highly recommend adding tracking and insurance for the shipping. I do not give refunds for lost packages if you decided not to insure them. I keep postal receipts and will provide you with a copy upon request to prove that I mailed the product to you.
In case the package has lost or damaged, I will give the insured amount back to you when I receive it from the post office after their investigation.
I require a picture of the damaged package and the product immediately upon receiving it. Return approvals will not be issued later than 5 business days after the customer has received the package. If approved, the product must be shipped back and postmarked within these 5 days with a return approval.

Wrap the thread around the wrist. Measure just above (towards elbow) the wrist bone depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. Then cut the thread and measure it- that would give you the length of the bracelet.
Or use a measuring ribbon instead of a thread.
If your measurement is between the specified dimensions, it’s best to choose the smaller one as the bracelet closure is adjustable.

Try not not twist, tear, drop the accessory to avoid its breakage.
The decorative hairpiece is not supposed to hold the hairstyle on its own. Please use some bobby pins to secure.
The accessories are not supposed to get wet or expose to the sun light if not wearing them.
Storage the item in a package before using it.
Wipe each piece of jewelry with any cleaning/polishing cloth after wearing it.
This will remove anything that settled on the surface of your jewelry while it was out of its closed storage, and will help prevent tarnish from forming.
Then store your jewelry in one of the ways recommended above to keep tarnishing elements.
Do not spray or use any products over the accessories/ jewelry. It will make them dull and lose its quality.
