The handle, ribbons, and pearls on the front and bottom of the handle are very pleasing to look at. My expectations are met and Chloe was informative. I am happy!

Absolutely beautiful. Took much longer than anticipated to get here but it was under 2 months so make sure to order it a few months ahead of your engagement. Other than a longer shipping date, I’m very happy with it.

We accept return and refund as discussed in convo. And we suggested to take a photo of what you got for the bouquet. It is very subjective for what you described "tangled bunch". The structure and material used of the bouquet is flexible and you can always change the shape of the bouquet. We believe it was just the shape changed a bit during shipping.
