As wedding stationery is of a personal nature and all orders are hand crafted to order, please allow 4 weeks from the date of order placed to expected dispatch date.

I post all envelope sized items via Royal Mail first class.
My parcels are sent via Royal Mail special delivery or Parcel Force express. These services generate a unique track and trace number so you are able to track your order when posted.

Orders should be received within 48 hours but I can not be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail or Parcel Force that are out of my control. So please allow plenty of time between ordering and the date required.

All information sent to Be Our Guest Designs to be included on your stationery is copied and pasted to ensure it is to the clients requirements. While I take great care to check my products, it is your sole responsibility to check and proof read any samples that you receive via PDF email or post, including layout, wording, spelling and grammar. Any errors discovered after printing are not Be Our Guest Designs' responsibility and full re-print costs will fall solely with the client.

Due to the nature of my product, variations in colour or material may occur and may differ slightly from the images on my website. As all stationery is individually hand-crafted these variations may not be deemed a fault.

Any third-party poems, hymns or other material that you may want included within your stationery, it is your responsibility that you have permission to use them or own the copyright.
