1) Like to add sleeves, change the neckline...etc, etc? Yes we offer modification and custom order as well

2) All modification will communicate prior to making the final deposit for custom gown. A form will be send to you to re-confirm all the changes. No further modification is allow after this point

1) All our dresses can be made to the standard size or custom size. This information will be sent to you after the purchase is made.

2) An additional fee will be incurred for modification and size to cover the cost of extra materials.

3) If your weight usually fluctuates due to diet or pregnancy, please let us know when you SUBMIT your measurements.

4) No measurement adjustment allows after the form is SUBMITTED.

Please ALWAYS leave room for possible alteration fee in your budget. Made to your measurements does not = perfect fit. We can offer advice on how to try to avoid it but there is still always a chance.

Our dresses are hand-made and manually decorated in our studio according to your order. In general tailoring time on a simple garment would only take 2-3 weeks + our studio current

We do accept rush order but an extra fee will incur.

Here is the general timeline on our turnaround time:

Sash and accessories
2-4 weeks

Veil
Within 45 days, unless it's custom design. Then it would depend on when we finalized everything.

Wedding dress
The turnaround would depend on the style, beading and the date measurements are submitted.

Bridesmaid Dress (Group)
The turnaround would depend on when the design, fabric and date when all the measurements are finalized. Once everything is submitted and finalized, production time is within 75 days.

Due to Covid-19, we no longer offer in house service. However on line appointment would still be offered.

Colour may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color calibrations. I highly recommend that you get the swatches before you place your dress order. We will not be responsible for any color difference if you don't get searches

Also, please keep in mind each bolt of fabric has about 5-10% difference even with swatches, we will not able to match the swatches 100%.

Lastly, if you like all the dresses to be in the same color and shade, please contact us before purchasing to ensure the materials would be made with the same bolt.

We reserve the right to modify our in house design or fabric content without prior notice.

For example, if we find a minor design flaw, we would make adjustment without prior notice (so the neckline isn't as low or as wide)
