Jim was INCREDIBLE to work with!! He was timely, friendly, and was super easy going about updating any adjustments we requested for the product. We bought custom design coasters for our wedding, they came out BEAUTIFULLY - a huge hit with our guests. And when our bulk order arrived, Jim also threw in some samples of other products that we’ll be excited to get in the future. I can’t say enough good things about this order!

The coasters turned out great. The shop was so helpful in coming up with a balanced design that incorporated a long & short name. Communication was excellent. 5 Stars!

Great quality and very quick shipping! We worked together and made many small tweaks to custom design a coaster for our wedding favors, they were super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!! The final product was exactly what we had envisioned.
