Free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail which may take up to 5 to 7 business days to arrive. If you need the item sooner, you may upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. International orders will ship via First Class International and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country.

We accept returns as long as the item is unworn, clean, and with all tags intact. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. You are responsible for return postage. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return an item and we will provide you with the return/exchange authorization form to fill out. Please note that the address for returns is different than the address we ship from. Failure to return the item to the correct address may result in a delay in your refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time and all our items are shipped next business day. Once your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel the transaction and you will need to return the item back to us.

We are more than happy to help you with an exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we have received it back we will mail out the exchange to you. Exchanges will be sent out via the original mailing method. If you need it urgently, then you are responsible for paying additional postage for expedited shipping.
