All dresses are made to fit you. It's important that you contact us after placing your order to give me your body measurements. Instructions are also on all listings.
If you want to change color or certain details (e.g. length, simple changes), we can customize it too - just let us know by clicking "Request custom order". Note: subject to materials' availability.
Illusion tulle color comes in standard color (usually nude beige), if you want to customize it, you need to message us although we can't guarantee it will match your skin tone. (Illusion tulle = illusion = mesh in our listing descriptions)

Please refer to the last image on all individual listings for the body measurements we'd need to make your dress. Preferably please send us the measurements in centimeters.
Plus sizes (US 12 and up - EU 40 and up - AU/UK 14 and up) will incur extra charges, please message us for custom order.
For dresses requiring a petticoat to make them puffy, we allow for extra dress length so that when you wear a petticoat with the dress, it will be the right length. If you don't intend to wear a petticoat, please let us know at the time of order (otherwise, the dress may be a bit longer than you expect).
Please allow for alterations and a small margin of error in measuring yourself as dress measurements are not taken by us in person.

We use a shipping agent with international tracked shipping from Vietnam, Singapore or Malaysia which would take around 10-15 business days and express option (5-7 business days) to most regions around the world. If your country is not in the shipping destination, please message us.
Packaging is usually in a bag and carton box, we don't have a specific wedding dress bag like in a physical bridal store so please don't be surprised when you receive the package. Sometimes bulky dresses may be vacuum sealed.
Photos of your dress can be taken before shipment upon request.

No. Dresses are sold without petticoats. If you need one, please message us to include in your order for an extra cost.

We commit to using the same fabric type to produce the same style and shape that were shown in the photos. Each dress is made by hand and not mass-produced in a factory! Therefore two wedding dresses will never be 100% the same because the placement of the ornaments (lace, beading work, etc.) and seasonal material availability may differ slightly. Please also allow for a slight difference in color due to the lighting conditions between the photos and reality.
Unless stated, dresses do not come with accessories shown in pictures.

Usually, if you drop or gain a bit of weight, the dress should still fit you well. This is because we use fabrics that are stretchy. Many dresses have a lace-up back so you have a bit of leeway there as well. Note: dresses with lace-up corset back may be made with smaller measurements than given by you so that it can be adjusted up or down.
If the difference in weight is too big, we recommend you have the dress altered by a local seamstress.
We also won't be held responsible for any incorrect measurements supplied, or any size changes that occur during the production process.

We recommend that all dresses should be professionally steam ironed and steam cleaned before wearing as sometimes there can be sewing marks during the production process (which are all erasable). Avoid machine wash or dry.
Sparkly dresses will shed glitter initially so please keep that in mind to avoid any surprise.

Due to the nature of custom dresses with custom measurements, we do not accept returns. If there's a problem with your order/package, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delay of your communication.
We're not responsible for damage to the dress due to your use/trying on/wearing the dress.
Requests/returns after 3 days of package receipt shall not be honoured.
Strictly no returns for sample sale/ready made dresses which are sold as is.

If you have never worn a sparkly dress before, please do some research or try it on in a bridal shop. As some customers are not used to the heavy weight of dresses made using glitter tulle or sequin.
There can also be some shedding initially so please be prepared for that.
Seasonal material availability also means the glitter/sequin patterns might vary.
