We ship worldwide from Singapore. International delivery is handed by DHL and a tracking number will be given. It usually takes ~2-5 days for the parcels to be delivered. Remote address/places might require top up.

The phone number is required by the courier company for delivery purposes, we do not use it for other purposes.

Yes, we accept return. Customers will have to bear the return shipping cost back to Singapore. Returns must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Only cost of item(s) will be refunded + a restocking fee of USD$10 per dress will be deducted from cost of item.

Strictly no refund will be given if the return is postmarked more than 7 days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 3 days, otherwise we will not accept the return.

*Item that is returned must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed without any scent, lint or hair). Custom made dresses and Sale items cannot be returned.

For international customers, kindly check with your country customs office whether any duty/customs charges will be incurred as it is borne by the buyer. We are not liable and have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they maybe.

There might be a slight colour difference for different batch of fabric which is not within our control.

Our swatches are free but we will need to collect a flat rate of USD$5 for the shipping fee (registered postage with tracking number). You can choose up to 6 colours. We highly recommend customers to get the swatches as colours might appear different on different devices.

If there is any changes to your order, kindly send us a convo within 1 day. If the parcel is mailed out, we will be unable to make any changes to it.
