The whole idea of our work, Linen Old Ways' products, is to make sure that at the end of a beautiful process you will get in return a piece of clothing that you will treasure, love, enjoy and care for a long period of time. Becoming, why not, the mother to daughter, father to son... heirloom!
So, please, take a look at the products I'm proposing, imagine or just decide what or in which way they will work best for you and keep in mind that almost everything can be adapted or created considering your preferences.

First, I will need to understand when you are going to need your Linen Old Ways product.
If we agree that our schedule matches, we will move on to creating "the sketch". In order to do that we will have to:
1. decide together which fabrics are most suitable for your design (if we have the design, if not, we will first create one for you);
2. decide if you need to adapt or adjust the design/embroidery to any of your specific needs or preferences;
3. if everything up until this point is agreed, we establish the category of the price for your product;
4. then I will need you to order it so I can book it; after,
5. we will figure out your specific measurements (these will be debated after you access the Dropbox link to my video instructions).

This process is depending on the step described above in the section "Before Ordering".
Once we go through all of that, placing an order looks like this:
1. If you want one of the products presented in the shop (same design, same embroidery) you just have to choose from the Price Category the name of the Product (which will come with its price).
2. If you want an adaptation of one of the products presented in the shop (adjusted design, different embroidery), before ordering I will communicate to you through the messages the category of the price you have to choose for your product, and you choose the Category of Price.
3. If you want an entirely new product, I will create a customized listing for you and you will place the order using that.

How does the category of price or ''Price Category'' work?
All the price options from the Price Category that doesn't carry the name of the product presented in the listing represent options for the personalization of the product.
Therefore, if you want exactly what you see presented in the listing (design and embroidery) when you order you are choosing the category of the price that carries the name of the listing (for example ''Raina dress'' for the listing name ''Raina Medieval Linen Dress'').
However, if you want to personalize the product, depending on the level of personalization, the product will come with a new price. That price will be one of the options presented in the Price Category (Personalization 1, Personalization 2 etc).

In our aim to create a piece of art out of your product, a story carrying your values and beliefs, we invested in an embroidery machine and a Digitizer software that turns digitalized images into embroidery images.
As you know, we can create for you any representation, symbols, images of moderate complexity, writing etc.
And we have two ways of creating the design of the digitalized image:
-either we are creating it considering your ideas and preferences (case in which it becomes our intellectual property),
-or you can send us your own digital image which will be used only once by us, for your product (case in which you have full responsibility to obey copyright laws).

A very common request is a matching tunic for your loved one... and the answer is Yes! We can create any type of tunic for Him using fabrics, colours and embroidery to match your dress.
Also, we can custom made any other component of your costume if you want and need it (such as synthetic fur collar, mantles, cloaks, vests, pants, extra skirts etc).
A very good idea is to send us a request for the Full Package: bide and groom garments plus bridesmaids and best men outfits.
In this case, we will create together the theme of your wedding, the colour scheme, the costumes by balancing everything in style, fabrics and nuances.

My dear visitor, here you have a slowly ethically made product, build to fit all sustainability criteria. So every product receives careful attention and the time it requires (and that includes designing the product, designing the digital image, washing the linen, building the patterns, composing the embroidery, executing the sewing, then again the washing, the ironing, the wrapping, the shipping, and all the other small things in between like our conversations back and forth in which we make sure that you receive the best possible in the spirit of the concept).
Therefore, we have one up to several months of Processing Time. Please consider this aspect!

The service I am providing is fast shipping.
All orders will be sent with DHL Express, from the main office in Roumania.
Your parcel will arrive in approximately a week (5-10 days), after you receive the confirmation of dispatching).
However, unpredictable delays might occur. Also, custom delays vary.
Please note that it's very important you provide me with a Phone Number and an Email address so the shipping carriers can get in contact with you for the customs process.
*I want to kindly remind you of the customs taxes/fees that you will pay for your imported goods, they can represent a considerable amount.
Also, please double-check the shipping address you gave us. If anything changes during processing time, just contact us.

Cancellations represent a significant waste of resources, so before placing the order I will kindly ask you to carefully weigh the decision on starting the process of creating your Linen Old Ways product.
However, I understand if for various reasons your event is cancelled and you don't want to end up with an unwanted wedding dress, for example. So, for some of Linen Old Ways products, I will make an exception and I will accept cancellations that will come with the loss of 30% of the total price of the product (this represents the cost of resources spent before and soon after you place the order). 45% if 180 days have passed since the purchase date (the 15%, in addition, represents the fees to Etsy that are not refundable past 180 days).

The point is for you to receive a product that will fit you properly and one that you will actually love and enjoy! However, experience thought me that sometimes errors find their place in the process. What I can promise is that I will always try to get us to the result we were aiming for in the beginning.
So, we establish the cause of the error, we establish who supports the return shipping costs, and I will take care of the Alterations until we get it right.
Refund/Exchange is not possible (being a custom product)
Please note that I do not refund the shipping dues which are included in the price (80 euro). Shipping costs will also not be reimbursed for uncollected items. I do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to shipping.
