We do accept returns on some items. Items must be new and in unused condition.

We do our very best to make sure all of our orders are packed well in ecofriendly material depending on the order. Unfortunately as the package can travel up to thousands of miles to make it's way to you, there is always a possibility of it being mishandled along the way causing it to be damaged that we do not have control over. If the damaged please take a picture of the box and the item and we can submit a claim for you. Claims can take up to 14 days via the courier to be processed.
