Simply message us with Bride and Groom's first name + wedding date and we will send you the soft proof for your approval.

*NOTE: DUE TO THE NATURE OF INK AND MATERIAL OF THE LABEL, THE ACTUAL PRINT COLOR MAY DIFFERENT FROM THE SOFT PROOF.

If we receive your approval by 5pm Eastern Time, your order will be shipped next business day.

We inspect all labels carefully and thoroughly to meet our standard and quality of prints before we ship.

Please contact us if the labels you have received do not meet the quality you have expected or different than the soft proof you have approved on.

We will do our best to reserve any issues before your returns.
